Yearly Travel Pass
If you own the yearly travel pass you receive an additional saving compared to other special offers of DVB AG. The whole calendar year long you can travel happily by tram and bus and make benefit from numerous other special offers being our regular customer: As an owner of a yearly travel pass subscription you automatically become a member of subscribers-club of DVB - without any fee or other obligations, with very reasonable conditions at our CarSharing partners and a lot more.
You pay one amount up fronts for the year and receive 12 separate monthly passes at the point of your purchase or the passes will be sent right to your home every month.
Regular fare yearly passes are transferable at no extra charge.The Dresden tariff zone is valid for fare stage A1.
Regular fare 9-o'clock yearly travel passes may be used within the validity area as a family ticket (maximum of 6 people, of which a maximum of two people may be older than 14 years) on weekends and holidays from 06:00 p.m. of the evening before the holiday or weekend starts up until 06:00 a.m. of the day after the holiday or weekend is over. In connection with this please keep in mind the validity and regulations which apply to the transportation of animals and large objects for one-day tickets for families.

Yearly travel passes can be purchased from November of the year before the pass is valid in the customer centre and service points of the DVB AG.

Additional advice
Regulations which apply to the transportation of animals and large objects
Baby carriages, wheelchairs, a pair of skis or a sledge per person as well as lugagge and small pets in a container are free of charge. If you have a monthly travel pass subscription or a yearly travel pass subscription, then your dog or bicycle is free of charge, too.
Validity
Season tickets are valid corresponding on the area and time validity on the cable cars, the City-Bus in Meißen, the narrow-gauge railways, the Kirschnitztalbahn, in the elevator in Bad Schandau and Elbe ferries.
