Visiting Dresden as a tourist

When visiting a new city there's lots to do. To make sure that you don't spend your holiday studying fare tables, we have put together a list of the most important ticket for tourists. When starting out on your trip, remember to stamp your ticket in our trams and buses.

One-day pass

Want to escape the stress and tailbacks when travelling through Dresden? With the one-day tram and bus pass it's simple and cheap, and especially interesting for occasional travellers. The one-day ticket offers particular flexibility and spontaneity as you plan your day. It pays for itself from just the third trip you take and not only saves you the stress but is also easy on the pocket.

One-day passes are for one adult and two school children until the 15th Birthday. They can also be used as a ticket for three school children until the 15th birthday.

One-day family pass

A one-day family pass allows your whole family to travel at a very low price on a shopping trip to Dresden city centre or a day out in the open air. Two adults and four school children (until the 15th birthday), or six school children travelling alone, can make full use of our mobility service.

Small group ticket

What could be more enjoyable than travelling with friends? With a small group ticket you can travel on any public transport you like (except special forms of transport) either within Dresden or throughout the entire network. Travel as you like between zones in a group of up to five people from the time you stamp the ticket until 4 a.m. the next morning.
